About Us

White Court Dance was established in 1980, It has grown from the original 11 students to the successful school we have now. Our team of dedicated qualified IDTA teachers are highly trained and experienced. They wish to impart their passion for dance at the same time as building a solid dance technique.

Over the years, we have had many successes with students gaining scholarships to various vocational colleges - The Royal Ballet School, Masters, Italia Conte, Trinity Laban & Evolution Foundation College, to name a few. Some have taken part in West End musicals including the young Cosette in Les Miserables, Oliver! Kate in Annie and most recently as a Singer in School of Rock.  On two occasions White Court Dance has been invited to stage a 20-minute show at Disneyland Paris.

Although not compulsory, students are encouraged to take Ofqual credited grade examinations. This gives them a sense of purpose and achievement as well as enhancing confidence.

Classes are held in Ballet, Tap, Musical Theatre, Acro, Jazz, Freestyle, Street, Contemporary, Commercial & Lyrical.

Our older students also have the opportunity to dance at prestigious London theatres including Sadlers Wells, His Majesties Theatre and The Royal Albert Hall. We have also performed at the 02  and every year at the Cliffs Pavillion, Southend .

White Court Dance is also proud to be part of the Children's University.
